Do you offer discounts if I purchase several switch plates?
Unfortunately, I do not discount on Etsy. Please visit my website tincansally.com for instant discounted prices.
Will you accept a custom order with an order I just placed?
ALL CUSTOM ORDERS must be placed prior to making a purchase. This allows me time to make your switch plate and it will save you on shipping when ordering in stock switch plates in a pre-arranged combined order! Orders processed on Etsy cannot be combined to ship with orders placed on my website. Orders processed on my website cannot be combined with orders processed on Etsy. This is for buyer and seller protection if a claim needs to be made.
Will you hold my order after it was placed?
No. Etsy requires I ship within the time frame quoted in the listing. Delaying shipments will drastically reduce our hard earned Etsy Star Seller rating.
I just purchased a single switch plate that I want as an outlet cover, will you change it for me?
Please do not purchase a switch plate and then ask me to change it! Most of my products are one-of-a-kind and they cannot be changed WITHOUT prior approval. Sometimes we do have another tin to work with, often we do not. If you buy and request the switch plate be changed (example you buy a double but want it as a single) we will we will send you the item you purchased. Doing this is, in effect, jumping ahead of those who are on my wait list for custom orders.
Will you combine shipping on the 2 orders I just placed?
No. However, if you make a purchase and decide, within a few minutes, you forgot or want to add another item, simply CONTACT ME prior to making another purchase. I will gladly setup a private listing so you do not pay shipping twice. You will need to be available to purchase the additional item after the private listing is created and emailed to you. This needs to be fully completed within 24 hours from the time the first purchase was made. I do not refund shipping overages if you do not follow this procedure. I am happy to work with you in a timely manner!
Wholesale availability
Due to the nature of my products and limited material available, I do not wholesale to stores.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We do not offer a gift wrap service, sorry.

Please don't waste my time with such a silly question. I spent months developing my process and years perfecting it. I am not sure why I am asked this question! Seriously! I will never share my secret until I am ready to sell it. If you want to send offers in the 7 figure range, I might be interested! :)
How long will it take for me to receive my package after it is shipped?
Shipments are taking longer due to issues with USPS. The transit time has increased to about 5 days, but please allow a few extra days transit time. Overall, please allow up to 10 days transit time before contacting me, but feel free to let me know if your package is taking much longer to get to you.
What method do you ship?
We ship USPS only and determine method when we prepare your label. Most often, we use Priority Mail. However, due to increasing USPS costs, we may ship your package Ground Advantage. This allows us to keep our shipping rates as low as possible. USPS increases rates often and our rate has not been increased since 2022.
